I totally understand not everyone is comfortable with video conferencing as it took me awhile to adapt to it too but I am beginning to see a lot more benefits as we need no longer need to adhere to showflat opening hours or worry about not able to get a parking space.
With technology such as 360 imaging, one could also easily browse more than 50 virtual showflats in the comfort of your own home within an hour which is impossible to achieve in real life even though we are in a small country.
Unlike some realtors who simply dive straight into a project, focusing on features, pricing and applying high pressure-selling tactics, my preference is always to understand the client’s needs first before making any recommendation. In some cases, I actually asked my clients to go for public housing or private resale although most realtors might strongly advised against.
