Even though we are all self-employed, no one probably wants to be in the same position forever.

The real estate industry offers a dual career paths where one could generate income from personal sales or team management or both.

Here we look at the list of criteria for your career progression at PropNex.

New RES

Marketing Associate (70%-30%)

As a brand new RES, you will embark your career with us as a Marketing Associate and the commission structure is 70%-30%.

However, do note that for all PropNex project closings, you will be entitled to a 90%-10% split which is the highest tier of commission-sharing structure regardless which tier you are currently at.

Assistant Associate Marketing Manager (80%-20%)

Qualification criteria: S$20,000 of accumulative gross commission received.

Associate Marketing Manager (85%-15%)

Qualification criteria: S$50,000 of accumulative gross commission received.

Associate Marketing Director (90%-10%)

Qualification criteria: S$80,000 of accumulative gross commission received.

Pre-Leader

Associate Group Director (AGD)

  1. Minimum of 1 downline.
  2. Minimum S$15,000 personal gross commission received in the past 12 months.

Associate Branch Director (ABD)

  1. Minimum of 5 downlines.
  2. Minimum group production of S$100,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$50,000 / salesperson).
  3. Minimum S$25,000 personal gross commission received in the past 12 months.

Associate Division Director (ADD)

  1. Minimum of 8 downlines.
  2. Minimum group production of S$250,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$100,000 / salesperson).
  3. Minimum S$25,000 personal gross commission received in the past 12 months.

Senior Associate Division Director (SADD)

  1. Holds  ADD title for at least 2 years.
  2. Minimum of 8 downlines.
  3. Minimum group production of S$600,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$100,000 / salesperson).
  4. Level 0 production must be at least $250,000 in the last 12 months (cap at S$125,000 / salesperson).
  5. Minimum S$25,000 personal gross commission received in the past 12 months.

Team Leader

Associate Group Division Director (GDD)

  1. Minimum of 10 downlines.
  2. Accumulative group commission received of S$900,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$150,000 / salesperson).
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $450,000 in the last 12 months (cap at $150,000 / salesperson).

Associate District Director (DTD)

  1. Minimum of 15 downlines.
  2. Accumulative group commission received of S$1,500,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$200,000 / salesperson).
  3. Own group production of at least $750,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$200,000 / salesperson).
  4. Level 0 production must be at least $450,000 in the past 12 months (cap at $200,000 / salesperson).

Associate Group District Director (GDTD)

  1. Minimum of 20 downlines.
  2. Accumulative group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$400,000 / salesperson).
  3. Own group production of at least $1,250,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$400,000 / salesperson).
  4. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months (cap at $400,000 / salesperson).

Senior Associate Group District Director (SGDTD)

  1. Minimum of 30 downlines.
  2. Accumulative group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$400,000 / salesperson).
  3. Own group production of at least $1,250,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$400,000 / salesperson).
  4. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months (cap at $400,000 / salesperson).
  5. Group production of at least S$10,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.

Senior Team Leader

Branch District Director (BDTD)

  1. Minimum of 40 downlines.
  2. Accumulative group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months.
  3. Own group production of at least $1,250,000 in the past 12 months.
  4. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months.
  5. Group production of at least S$35,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.

Advisory Branch District Director (ABDTD)

  1. Minimum 3 years as BDTD.
  2. Minimum of 50 downlines.
  3. Accumulative group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months.
  4. Own group production of at least $1,250,000 in the past 12 months.
  5. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months.
  6. Group production of at least S$70,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.

Senior Advisory Branch District Director (SABDTD)

  1. Minimum 3 years as ABDTD.
  2. Minimum of 60 downlines.
  3. Accumulative group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months.
  4. Own group production of at least $1,250,000 in the past 12 months.
  5. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months.
  6. Group production of at least S$150,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.
