Even though we are all self-employed, no one probably wants to be in the same position forever.

The real estate industry offers a dual career paths where one could generate income from personal sales or team management or both.

Here we look at the list of criteria for your career progression at PropNex.

New RES

Associate Advisor (80%-20%)

As a brand new RES, you will embark your career with us as an Associate Advisor and the commission structure is 80%-20%.

However, do note that for all PropNex project closings, you will be entitled to a 90%-10% split which is the highest tier of commission-sharing structure regardless which tier you are currently at.

Assistant Associate Manager (80%-20%)

Qualification criteria: S$20,000 of accumulative gross commission received.

Associate Manager (80%-20%)

Qualification criteria: S$40,000 of accumulative gross commission received.

Senior Associate Manager (85%-15%)

Qualification criteria: S$60,000 of accumulative gross commission received.

Associate Director (90%-10%)

Qualification criteria: S$80,000 of accumulative gross commission received.

Senior Associate Director (90%-10%)

Qualification criteria: S$200,000 of accumulative gross commission received.

Team Manager

Associate Group Director (AGD)

  1. Recruiter must be 90/10.
  2. Minimum of 1 Associate.
  3. Minimum $15,000 personal gross commission received in the past 12 months.

Associate Branch Director (ABD)

  1. Minimum of 5 Associates.
  2. Minimum group production of $100,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$50,000 / salesperson).
  3. Minimum $25,000 personal gross commission received in the past 12 months.

Team Leader

Associate Division Director (ADD)

  1. Minimum of 8 Associates.
  2. Minimum group production of $250,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$100,000 / salesperson).
  3. Minimum S$25,000 personal gross commission received in the past 12 months.

Senior Associate Division Director (SADD)

  1. Minimum of 8 Associates.
  2. Minimum group production of $600,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$100,000 / salesperson).
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $250,000 in the last 12 months (cap at S$125,000 / salesperson).
  4. Minimum S$25,000 personal gross commission received in the past 12 months.

Senior Team Leader

Associate District Director (DTD)

  1. Minimum of 10 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of $900,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$150,000 / salesperson).
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $450,000 in the past 12 months (cap at $150,000 / salesperson).

Senior Associate District Director (SDTD)

  1. Minimum of 15 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of $1,500,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$200,000 / salesperson).
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $450,000 in the past 12 months (cap at $200,000 / salesperson).
  4. Achieve own group production $750,000

Associate Group District Director (GDTD)

  1. Minimum of 20 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of $2,500,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$400,000 / salesperson).
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months (cap at $400,000 / salesperson).
  4. Achieve own group production $1,250,000.

Senior Associate Group District Director (SGDTD)

  1. Minimum of 30 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months (cap at S$400,000 / salesperson).
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months (cap at $400,000 / salesperson).
  4. Achieve own group production $1,250,000.
  5. Acccumulate group production of >$10,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.

Branch District Director (BDTD)

  1. Minimum of 40 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months.
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months.
  4. Achieve own group production $1,250,000.
  5. Acccumulate group production of >$30,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.
  6. Max accumulation period capped at recent 7 years.

Senior Associate Branch District Director (SBDTD)

  1. Minimum of 50 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months.
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months.
  4. Achieve own group production $1,250,000.
  5. Acccumulate group production of >$60,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.
  6. Max accumulation period capped at recent 8 years.

Advisory Leader

Advisory Branch District Director (ABDTD)

  1. Minimum of 100 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months.
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months.
  4. Achieve own group production $1,250,000.
  5. Acccumulate group production of >$100,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.
  6. Max accumulation period capped at recent 9 years.

Senior Advisory Branch District Director (SABDTD)

  1. Minimum of 150 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months.
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months.
  4. Achieve own group production $1,250,000.
  5. Acccumulate group production of >$200,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.
  6. Max accumulation period capped at recent 10 years.

Senior Group Advisory Branch District Director (SGAAD)

  1. Minimum of 200 Associates.
  2. Gross group commission received of S$2,500,000 in the past 12 months.
  3. Level 0 production must be at least $750,000 in the past 12 months.
  4. Achieve own group production $1,250,000.
  5. Acccumulate group production of >$500,000,000 from date of promotion to GDTD.
  6. Max accumulation period capped at recent 15 years.
