Power RES Study Group (8 Hours)

A total 4 revision classes are conducted prior every RES exam to further reinforce key concepts and to share important exam tips and strategies gathered from past candidates. They are typically conducted 3 times a year in Jan, May and Sep. Aspiring RES candidates are taking the RES exam can sign up for the upcoming classes here.

Power Sales Ignition (18 Hours)

A 6-part programme specially curated for brand new RES, helping them to build a successful business model, how to stand out in project marketing, how to speak to property owners and the essential financial skills to execute the asset progression plan.

Power Up Plus (24 Hours)

Training objective is to equip all Salespersons the knowledge on how to select the right property sectors to focus on. They will be taught the Right techniques & Systems and all the steps on how to get started no matter which sectors they decide to choose.

Power Selling Techniques (51 Hours)

Our signature program that transforms RES to REWP (Real Estate Wealth Planner). Trainees will be trained on how to guide their clients to systematically grow their wealth via assets using our tested and proven strategies.

Power Resale Techniques (19 Hours)

Designed to help RES to penetrate the private resale market. This training will focus on helping teammates to deliver power-packed presentation that they can apply step-by-step using proven formula. Trainees will be taught how to setup a GTA, determine exit strategies and price management techniques.

Power Up HDB (28 Hours)

This training module aims to equip all participants with actual on the ground action steps, skills, scripts and checklist to be competent and proficient in closing HDB transactions in today’s market as a seller’s agent & buyer’s agent. The training provides step-by-step practical training on how to prospect, present, transact, & close HDB deals.

Power Commercial Training (13 Hours)

PCT is conducted by accomplished veterans who are focused in the commercial segment to share their expertise and specialized knowledge. The course is structured for RES who is looking to gain a foothold in this highly lucrative and niche segment.

Power Landed Systems (20 Hours)


PLS training module has been designed for teammates to be confident and prepared to transact landed properties successfully. Participants will attain in-depth knowledge and technical aspects of the landed property segment to close deals. Strong focus placed on creating presentations for owners with pricing mastery, building and utilising.
